More shots of the 6" Walter White figures, sculpted in Ralph's wax. ([link]) I guess my earlier shots were actually work-in-progress, now that I look at them again.

The top figure is the Heisenberg version, although he would easily work great as a repaint of Walt in his beige pants and jacket....I don't know if that is planed or not.

Yes, both of these figures use the same portrait, which was a huge time saver on a really tough deadline.

These figures will be produced by Mezco for a Summer release.

I hope we see many more characters.

I thought the WIPS were pretty good to begin with, but with the changes they're really top notch.

:) Thanks! I hope they'll be really wonderful figures. I'm really happy with how they looked at Toyfair.

Damn I wish I could get a blank to paint! BrBa garage kit.

Also, they should have you do a Season 1 Walt with his shirt half tucked into his briefs.

I agree completely...I think because of time and money, Mezco probably dialed back their plans...if they sell really well, I'm sure we'll see variants like Walt in his underwear..

Kinda worried about the lack of articulation, but the sculpts are absolutely fantastic and I would buy it on that fact alone.

I was asked to sculpt them non-articulated...which makes me think they are going to add in articulation points in production. I think it's a cost-saving measure not to have the sculptor do it, but that's just my theory. Every company is different.

but...we'll have to wait and see. :) I would think there will be some basic breaks.

Ah I see. Yeah I figured it was something like that.

Well, I can't wait to see how the complete painted one looks! There's an unfortunate lack of BrBa merch, so what few that exists I will definitely pick up :P
