Spike from Buffy for Sideshow Collectibles.

This is for the upcoming Spike maquette statue. I was just hired to do the head...

I grew up at a time when Buffy was just hitting airwaves, so I have a lot of fond memories of watching that show. This character was one of my favs, no doubt....back when he was a villian, anyway. hah

sculpted in wax, 1:5 scale.
more to come,
Trev

For the sculpt on the head alone, I want that maquette - you did an amazing job.

Lovely. :D Great detail in his hair and the veins on his forehead.

Thanks! I'm glad you like the details. They're always the most fun to put in, and surprisingly the least stressful part. :)
