Curious Trevor, did SSC or Rockstar give you any direction as to whom this character's likeness was based of off? Fingers crossed for Tommy Vercetti and Carl Johnson! Oh and killer sculpt as always.

Yes, this was based very loosely off of someone, but not an actor. The original game character was based on one of the game developers, as was this sculpt. Other than that I just looked at reference of the character from the game.

This sculpt was made for Sideshow Collectibles. I believe the figure is now for sale, but I'm not sure where. You might have to search for "GTA 10th anniversary figure"
