Breaking Bad Walter 6 Inch Figure by TrevorGrove Breaking Bad Walter 6 Inch Figure by TrevorGrove
These are starting to show up in UK ToyFair coverage, so I thought I'd share some more photos.

More BREAKING BAD toys arriving this Summer from Mezco.

This is one of two 6" Walter White figures. They will feature glasses and articulation, as well as some accessory items, but none of that has been shown.

I'll post shots of the Heisenberg figure later too.

Sculpted in wax, approximately 6" tall....It was fun to work so small, actually.
thanks for looking!
Trev

Dude, they're bound to turn out well! It's such a great sculpt and Mezco always put out quality figures :) The painted pics of it I've seen on some sites look fantastic! Can't wait to see it stores.

I'm hoping they get you do more characters. Would love to have a Gus figure, or two... season 4 finale variant me thinks :D

I agree, I really like Mezco's figures, and I think they'll do a fine job.

I also hope we see more characters, with or without my involvement. I just really would love to see it!

Brilliant likeness, really like the detailing and especially the folds and creases in the suit, no idea how you manage to make it look so accurate.

Thanks! That means a lot, as the outfit was particularly challenging. I wish it would have been better, but I ran out of time. :) That always happens.

Well I can't fault it at all, I've lost count of the times I've botched up sculpting fabric.

My god, you are too good! I cannot even begin to imagine how you can work a piece of wax into facial features like that. I'm in awe.

Ha! Well thanks, I appreciate it. I'm glad you like it. wax makes this kind of work possible...I'm not even sure how miniature artists do what they do in epoxy sculpt and things of that nature...that amazes me.

Looks great... Why don't they have sculptors sculpt larger and scale down anymore? Too costly? Just curious.

Thanks man!

Companies still downscale sculpts for figures. NECA does this still.I don't know if Mezco has ever really explored that. It just depends on the company.

It would be nice to not have to sculpt a finger-tip sized headsculpt like this. :D That part was pretty difficult for the eyes. hah!

It seems that there's a savings of $ if the company can find someone to sculpt actual size and avoid paying for the reduction cost. The price of scanning and 3D printing is not cheap. Nice work Trev, your ability to capture a likeness is machine-like every time. You're like a human scanner.
